Fitness

Our fitness coaches Greg Capra will lead our daily outdoor fitness sessions in our resort or on the beach. Guests will be split into different groups according to their physical condition and their goals :

  • keep-fit sessions
  • cardiovascular training exercises
  • abs-butt-back workouts
  • muscle strengthening exercises
  • boot camps
  • water aerobics
  • weightloss
  • sports nutrition advice
Sports

Beach-Volleyball, tennis and football courts, sea kayaks will be freely available.

Tennis and volleyball contests will be organised for those who want to compete or just get to know eachother while having fun with the other Club Apollo guests.

Relaxation

Relaxation is of course part of the programme. Whether at the beach or around the pool.

Our coach Greg Capra will also be at your disposal for yoga and stretching initiation or improvement sessions depending on your level.
